HIGHLIGHTS
ST. MARTINO DI MONTEMORLI CHURCH (the ancient Montemorli), mentioned in 1217, was completely changed in the XVIII century. Since the XVI century it has been consecrated to Saint Margherita.
FONTANAVIVA SPRING, existing since 1361, it was the ancient boundary between Camaiore municipality  and Santa Lucia.
SANTA LUCIA VILLAGE, this ancient village was called «Vegghiatoia or Vegliatoia»  in the XIII century.
MONTEGGIORI CASTLE, first mentioned in 1224, today you can visit the ancient walls and the entrance gate ruins. Here Castruccio Castracani and Paolo Guinigi built their castles.
