HIGHLIGHTS
BADIA DI CAMAIORE, ancient monastery consecrated to Saint Peter, first mentioned in 761. The wonderful church has an entrance arch and was changed during the XII century. There are some cloister and surrounding wall ruins.
ST. BIAGIO CHURCH IN LOMBRICI, Romanesque church mentioned in a parchment of the year 1083 consecrated to St. Biagio.
MONTECASTRESE CASTLE is an important archeological area which dates back to the Medieval Age and with a subsequent stacking of the XII-XIII century. Today there is an itinerary which shows you the surrounding walls, towers, dwellings and ruins of the church of the castle.
